2026-W Proof Gold Eagle Liberty Bell 4-Coin Set FDI NGC PF70 Harrigal (1776-2026)

In 2026, the United States commemorates the 250th Anniversary of American Independence, marking the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776. To honor this historic Semiquincentennial celebration, the U.S. Mint released the remarkable 1776–2026 Dual Date American Proof Gold Eagle Liberty Bell 4-Coin Set, featuring a special anniversary privy mark and dual-date inscription.

This four-coin American Gold Eagle set showcases the iconic Liberty Bell privy mark alongside the dual date “1776–2026,” symbolizing 250 years of freedom, resilience, and national heritage. Struck in exceptional proof quality, each coin displays sharp details, frosted design elements, and deeply mirrored fields.

Every coin in this set has been certified by NGC as PF70 Ultra Cameo, representing a flawless proof specimen with maximum eye appeal and contrast. The coins are encapsulated with the highly collectible Ron Harrigal Label, honoring the former U.S. Mint Director of Design and Engraving whose signature is associated with some of the most important modern U.S. Mint releases.

While mintages are already limited, the population drops significantly when factoring in Advanced Release qualification and PF70 certification. Complete matched PF70 AR 4-coin sets represent only a small fraction of the original production, making this one of the most limited and historically important modern Gold Eagle releases.
