Shipping Cost
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Customers will not be charged a standard shipping fee unless a different shipping option and its applicable cost are clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, standard shipping typically takes 6–7 business days.
Including our 1-business-day handling time, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 7–8 business days from the order date.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Carrier
We use CargoLink and/or its shipping partners to fulfill and transport orders.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided after your order has been shipped.
Tracking information may require some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@cards2go.shop.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may have been lost in transit, contact our customer support team so we can review the shipment and assist you.
